Android Sideloading Restrictions
Google decided that in order to "stop" frequent malware, they wanted to restrict sideloading, to limit freedom of Android users. Google would automatically install an app on every Android device called Android Developer Verifier. It's just there, silently waiting for activation. As of now, the sideloading restrictions are rolling out to different Android users. A developer option can be enabled that allows you to enable installation of unverified packages.
